Birthday Mentions
Celebrate your teammates for another year passed! Add member birthdays in Settings and we'll automatically post a celebratory note on the Squad Board.

Introducing Squad Board
A new section on your Dashboard and in Notifications for Squad announcements, such as shout-outs and notices.
Actions & Tasks Update
A large update to create a kanban board approach to help squads track and complete actions & tasks. This is also helpful for organizations who might need a better way of tracking work items.
Enhanced Look Back Sessions
Look Backs are now more interactive! We've added a synchronized 5-minute timer for focused feedback, star voting to prioritize items, and automatic sorting to bring the most important cards to the top.
New Captain Functionality
Squad Captains now have access to the Analytics page to view data for their assigned squads. They can also manage their squads by adding members and assigning other captains.
