Welcome to Nimblrr! We’re excited to have you here. Nimblrr is a SaaS platform that helps teams work better together through collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
By signing up for an account or using Nimblrr in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, you should not use Nimblrr.
1. Who we are
Nimblrr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an online platform for agile teams and other collaborative groups.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure.
- If you’re signing up on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
3. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
- Nimblrr offers free and paid subscription plans.
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars, either monthly or annually, depending on your choice.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, but you’ll always have access until the end of your billing period.
4. Using Nimblrr responsibly
We built Nimblrr to help teams thrive. Please don’t misuse it. That means:
- Don’t break the law, infringe intellectual property, or share harmful content.
- Don’t try to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
- Don’t impersonate others or use Nimblrr for spam.
- If we believe you’re misusing the service, we may suspend or terminate your account.
5. Teams, squads, and roles
- Admins control team setup (including squad management) and billing. They have full access, including creating & joining sessions, and are the only ones who can view the Analytics section.
- Captains can create, run & join sessions (like scrum masters).
- Members can be assigned to squads and participate in activities.
- You are responsible for managing your organisation’s use of Nimblrr and the content your team creates.
6. Data and privacy
- Your data is yours. We will never sell it.
- We may process your data to provide, improve, and support the service.
- While we implement robust data backup and protection measures, we are not liable for any data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of data loss, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore it from our backups, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

7. Availability and support
We aim to keep Nimblrr available 24/7, but sometimes there may be downtime for maintenance or issues outside our control. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Intellectual property
Nimblrr and all related trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us. Using Nimblrr does not give you ownership of our intellectual property.
Any content you or your team upload remains yours. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service.
9. Termination
- You can stop using Nimblrr at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, or if payment is not received.
10. Liability and disclaimers
Nimblrr is provided “as is.” While we work hard to make it reliable and secure, we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that location.
12. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app. By continuing to use Nimblrr after updates, you agree to the new Terms.
