A Look Back session is a collaborative space for your team to reflect on past work. An Admin or Squad Captain can start by creating a new session from the Look Back page, giving it a title and assigning it to the relevant squad. Participants can then join the session and begin adding feedback cards to the columns, such as "What went well" and "What didn't go well". To foster honest feedback, the session creator can enable Anonymous Mode.

During the session, the leader can start a synchronized 5-minute timer to encourage focused brainstorming. Team members can 'star' cards to emphasize important points, and cards automatically sort to the top based on votes, making prioritization clear. Once the discussion is complete, the Admin or Captain can use the "Analyze with AI" button. This generates a concise summary and suggests actionable steps. These suggestions can be added to the "Actions" column, assigned to team members, and tracked on the Actions & Tasks page.
