Feature Guide: Your Team
Build your dream team and delegate agile ceremonies.

This area, accessible to Admins, is the central hub for managing your organization's team members. You can invite new members by sending an email or generating a shareable invite link. From here you can create and rename squads to reflect your team's structure. The "All Members" tab provides a comprehensive list of everyone in the organization, complete with search and filters to easily find anyone.
To assign members or delegate responsibilities, simply click "Manage Squad". This allows you to add or remove members from a squad. Within that same dialog, you can designate one or more members as "Squad Captains". Captains gain the ability to create and manage sessions for their assigned squad, empowering them to lead their own agile ceremonies. You can also manage who has full administrator privileges from the "All Members" tab.

Squad Member
Squad Members can join and participate in any sessions they are invited to by a Captain or Administrator.
Administrator
Admins have full control over the organization, including billing, team management, and all session creation.
Squad Captain
Captains can create and manage sessions for their assigned squads, but cannot manage billing or organization-wide settings.
Your organization's plan is displayed at the top. The color-coded progress bars show your current usage for members, squads, and roles, turning orange when you're close to the limit and red when you've reached it.
