Vibe Check sessions are designed to be quick and easy. An Admin or Squad Captain creates a new session, provides a title, and poses a specific question or topic, such as "How are you feeling about the current workload?". They can also enable "Anonymous Voting" to encourage more candid feedback.

Participants join the board and select one of the seven "vibe" cards that best represents their feeling on the topic. Once everyone has voted, the session leader reveals the results. If the session is not anonymous, each member's vote is shown below their avatar. The collective results are also used to populate the Vibe Check Trend chart in the Analytics dashboard, allowing leaders to track team sentiment over time.
